Richards Takes INSSA Victory

POST FALLS, IDAHO – Former INSSA Series champion Kevin Richards of Newman Lake, Washington returned to victory lane Friday night. Richards battled to the front of the 18-car field to win the INSSA 100-lap race at Stateline Speedway in preparation for Saturday’s ASA AERO Exhaust Northwest Tour showdown. Read more

ALGER, Wash. - There is so much Jason Solwold wants to do this weekend.

So little time, however.

The Mount Vernon, Wash. driver is back in his home state after spending all season on the road with the World of Outlaws Sprint Series. The touring 410 sprint car series is racing in the NC Machinery / Caterpillar Clash at Skagit Speedway, the one of the handful of Northwest dirt tracks where Solwold first cut his teeth in sprint cars. The Northwest Outlaw Street Stocks put on a race with more twists and turns than a Shakespeare play.  Dave Lund of Arlington evaded mishaps and maladies, adding yet another main event victory at Ephrata Raceway Park’s paved oval.  Jason Ray, a recent newcomer to the Jerry’s Auto Supply hobby stocks stayed out front to take the checkers.  Read more
